The AirCurve 11 ASV is an adaptive servo-ventilation device for central sleep apnea, mixed apneas and periodic breathing, built on the Air11 platform. ASV is contraindicated for some heart-failure patients (NYHA 2–4 with LVEF ≤ 45% and predominant central sleep apnea), so a clinician must assess heart function first. Prescription required.
